Leaders

What makes a good leader? That question is asked all the time or what makes a good leader. Are you born to lead, or is it something that is learned. You can look at all the great leaders that have come through history Caeser, Mother Teresa, General Patton, Teddy Roosevelt, Colin Powell, The Dali Lama, Winston Churchill and the list goes on and on. What do these leaders all have in common? They had a HUGE following. They had people that guided them and listened. Leaders do not know all the answers, they surround themselves with people who do. Now that is a smart leader. So, if you are the smartest person you know, you might be in trouble. Surround yourself with powerful people who you can learn from, so others will follow. Leaders do not hesitate, they make sound decisions quickly. Leaders do things that others are afraid to do. Leaders are looked on as fearless. Leaders take chances and risks that others are not willing to take with the knowledge that change does not come from standing still but by taking action. Are you a leader? If you want to become one, let's discuss some action you need to get you there.
